Federal and state legislation require the benefit of a free government
education; and, under The 1st
Amendment's freedom of religion clause shall not be
devoid of the USA's default religion. And,
WHEREAS: The 1st
Amendment states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
also implies that The Supreme Court shall not make decisions
that establish.1W (Estab) a covert state religion (i.e. secularism
1D & 2D..).
The Supreme Court shall not make cumulative decisions that:
prohibit "the free exercise" of the USA's default
religion in public education, or that prohibit "freedom of
assembly" of the USA's default religion in public education,
or that prohibit "equal access" of the
religion in public education. And,
WHEREAS: The Supreme Court
has, in fact, established, maintained and intensified their covert Secular
multiple, unconstitutional, cumulative and
interlocking decisions which intentionally indoctrinate
false religious principles, specifically their:
doctrine of denial, "viewpoint discrimination";
and, overt, hostility against all of the USA's default religions':
students, parents, teachers, literature, principles, symbols; and, any
meaningful religious reform in public education.
