SCOTUS Nullification Bill
- An employment label i.e. an occupation, employment or temporary civil service position shall not be cause for prohibiting a personal religious expression on or off private or public property , on the job or off the job.
- Convictions of slander shall be punished with punitive damages commensurate with the offense or offenses.

After 170 years, the Court decided that "church" would no longer mean a "federal denomination" but would instead mean (any Christian) "religious activity in public."
