RE: Religious Discrimination Complaint under the No Child Left Behind Act 2001.

To Whom it may concern:

I am the parent of ______________________ who attends ______________________ public school where ______________________________ is the principal in the ______________________ School District in the State of ________________ and thus protected from discrimination & unequal treatment under state and federal laws.

I am writing this letter to document: discrimination & unequal treatment by the school's personnel and to restore my child's freedoms covered under said legislation or as otherwise provided under other federal and state laws; and, to prevent this kind of discrimination & unequal treatment from happening to other children, parents and families in this school district.  If this complaint is found to have merit the school district may have all of its federal funding suspended or terminated which could represent 10% of the annual school budget.

FIRST SECTION: is the "going up the chain of command" list of personnel that have authority over these matters.  Just fill in the names of the personnel "in the chain of command" one at a time.  It could be resolved before going very far "up the chain".  Plan to give a copy of this letter to the next person on the list and request a written reply in (say) 7-10 days.

[2.] THE FIRST SECTION:  is the list of personnel for ``going up the chain of command`` (necessary for larger school districts) who have the authority over these matters.  Just fill in the names of the personnel as needed in order to go up chain of command one at a time. If you fill in all of the names correctly it could be resolved before going very far up.

[5.] THE 3rd SECTION:  Sign it and request a ``substantive written response to this letter for my records and/or attach a copy of the school board`s applicable policies or procedures``.  If a school board gives you a copy of its Discrimination Policy call the Liberty Defenders for verification of its Constitutionally and/or to allow them to assist the board in removing or modifying it.
