Introduction:  - The atheist, the godly, the devout and the Judeo-Christian community, all have a duty to resist evil, especially in education.  After more than a century of government schools making gracious accommodations for the beliefs of the ungodly [Hodges] e.g. secular humanists [Disestablish The Secular Religion], the public education system has become anathema to the "In God We Trust" default religion's stakeholders.  This article addresses the "imprescriptible rights" and "natural rights" of the stakeholders of government schools.  A peaceable assembly of stakeholders desires to be protected by the Bill of Rights to act according to their own judgment, so long as they respect the equal rights of others.  Furthermore, demanding all accommodations from government school districts respecting and protecting the natural rights of the members of the stakeholders, making natural rights the standard for a Model Policy.  
PUBLIC SCHOOL OF Monotheistic BIBLICAL VALUES.  There is a Monotheistic religion whose doctrine includes "Sharia-supremacism" which espouses violent rebellion against conformity and is therefore not a peaceful party with most of the other Monotheistic religions.

Official Avoidance of Doctrine and Doctrinal Issues. 

Purpose:  The purpose of this article is:  TO LIST NATURAL RIGHT ABUSES WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF The STUDENT EXEMPTION[1] letter below.  One of the reasons for including the EXEMPTION letter is to show the anger, frustration and huge effort required of the parents to safeguard their child from government school abuses.  

The letter identifies THREE paragraphs that have been modified for clarity and to include additional abuses of Natural Rights.  The first a paragraph identifies ACTION abuses. The second paragraph identifies a list potential perpetrators and a third paragraph identifies a list of materials and locations where abuses might occur.  Finally the letter identifies the legal aspects of the attorney prepared document, all to force ordinary Natural Rights i.e. Bill of Rights protections for their child(ren) from increasing abuses by the government school.

Abstract:  This article is designed show the egregious violations of the Natural Rights i.e. Bill of Rights and to RECOMMEND THAT THE state create a new COMPREHENSIVE "Model Policy for Natural Rights Protections in Public Schools" or a Model Policy For Accommodation Of Natural Rights In Public Schools.



TO All Stakeholders Of Government Schools: (e.g. parents, voters and taxpayers, your family, friends and neighbors, your pastor or favorite TV Evangelist, your state legislature's representative or/and senator.)  To put action to the truth.
      

assumes the total effort, i.e. all of the monitoring and all of the responsibility, falls on an individual family or on an individual parent.  It requires a massive effort to monitor each teacher, each curriculum and each classroom.  Think of it: research thoroughly every subject from K-12!  And evaluate what teachers and school personnel are honest or dishonest.  This is not the correct policy in the American system of government.  Americans can no longer make the assumption that children will be protected in government schools.  Children and parents have Natural Rights and it is the responsibility of the state and the govt school to protect ALL of those Natural Rights of the child(ren), parents and families to include:
  1. 1st Amendment to "not assemble" and of freedom of non association.
  2. 3rd Amend. where the operative word is "consent" .  The waver of a Natural Right should only be by consent by way of a contract.
  3. 4th Amend. where the operative word is "against unreasonable searches and seizures"   The govt schools want too much information to which they are not entitled.
  4. 8th Amend. in terms of "excessive bail" becomes applicable as soon as "compulsory attendance" is threatened or enforced.  For all intents and purposes the aggregate cost to get out of the school jail is the cost of tuition and fees for each child K-12 to put the child(ren) into a private school.  So, say for 1 child, K-12 it might cost $5K x 13 yrs. = $65K!  This sure is excessive.  It's no wonder that parents want vouchers to get child(ren) out of school jail.  Why is the bail excessive?  Isn't bail supposed to be refunded when the accused is found innocent?  Why are children and parents bound, held and entrapped by this "cruel and unusual punishment" without being guilty?
  5. Parents are not receiving a reasonable expectation of morality, honesty and truth from the govt schools in all of it's dealings.
  6. Parents and children should be allowed freedom of conscience.  
  7. Consider just restitution for flagrant and repeated infractions of The Natural Law/Bill of Rights.
  8. Regarding curriculum, 
    1. Each teacher's lesson plans must be reviewed by attorneys before the beginning of the school year for review to vouch for conformity to the Model Policy for Natural Rights Protections in Public Schools and 
    2. The attorneys shall determine whether any of the infractions or abuses cited are in fact crimes on minors.
    3. Abstinence before marriage will be the sex education instead of LGBT idolatry.
    4. Whereas evolution idolatry is false, it will be replaced with creation or intelligent design

        The STUDENT EXEMPTION letter from California is designed as a legal document for parent(s) to protect their child(ren) from a number of events of immorality, age inappropriate material, desensitizing natural inhibitions and proselytizing by an ungodly Secular Humanist Religion and devotion or worship of  ungodly idols or entities.  The first section identifies particularly offensive ideas, personal information, practices or beliefs.  The second section  identifies the potential perpetrators by school personnel or anyone speaking or acting on behalf of, or with the approval of, the school board.  Thirdly it identifies all instructional materials, events, programs whether on or off of school property where the school system has responsibility for the safety of the child(ren).  Importantly, this Exemption letter TRIES TO FORCE THE GOVT SCHOOLS TO ACT RESPECTFULLY AND RESPONSIBLY TO SAFEGUARD THE CHILDREN.

This letter will serve as legal notice pursuant to 20 U.S.C. §1232h and the California Education Code, including, but not limited to, Sections 51101, 51201.5, 51240, 51500, 51501, 51513, 51550, 51553, 51554, 51555 and 51820, that you are not to teach, instruct, advise, counsel, discuss, test, question, examine, survey or in any way provide information, data or images to my child(ren) concerning:
• addictive activities - smoking, drugs, games, gambling, porn
• exposing sexual organs or organ simulations, witchcraft, occultism
•sex education, family life education, health, human sexuality,  (• exposing sexual organs or organ simulations)
•pupil's personal beliefs or practices in sex, family life, morality, and religion,
•pupil's parents' or guardians' beliefs and practices in sex, family life, morality, and religion,
•sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS, HIV, venereal diseases,
•gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual preference,
•homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, transgender or transsexual issues,
•or any alternatives to monogamous heterosexual marriage,   (Eliminate sexual idolatry.  Abstinence must be taught instead of fornication.)
without my express written permission on an incident-by-incident basis.

This restriction shall extend to:  (Some of these people occupations could be priests and/or servants of ungodly idolatry, witchcraft, occultism.)

•teachers and teacher aides, librarians, other school employees full time & part time
•administrators, school counselors,
•school health personnel, special guests or presenters,
•California Department of Education or other state departments or their agents,
•or anyone speaking or acting on behalf of the school or school district. (including 3rd party groups such as union organizers or abortion clinic agents.)
This shall pertain to whether said child(ren) are on school grounds or off-campus, and shall include, but not be limited to:  (Some of these could be places of worship, reverence and/or devotions to graven images.) IN Zones of anarchy.
•classroom instruction, presentations, school approved displays on campus,
•reading assignments, class discussions, homework assignments,
•books, magazines, newspapers, or other printed or written material,
•photographs, movies, films, slides, filmstrips, DVDs, CDs, video tapes, audio tapes,
•CD-ROMs, computer and Internet programs and activities,
•field trips, assemblies, theatrical or musical performances,
•individual or group assigned activities, extracurricular activities,
•or any other context in which the school or its agents interact with my child(ren).
I respectfully request that I be notified in writing at least 15 days in advance of all future instruction, events or activities, etc. from which my child(ren) may need to be exempted, so that I may work with you in making alternate accommodations for his/her continuing education. This request is made as a direct result of my sincerely held religious beliefs and personal moral convictions, as well as the individual, emotional and developmental needs of my child(ren), and the law cited above. I thank you in advance for respecting my rights as a parent in dealing with this issue. This notice has been prepared with the advice of legal counsel and will supersede any prior authorization you may have on file.

       Ref: FL DOE, Model Policy On Religious Expression In Public Schools Remember this law is new in Florida.  If an anti expression infraction occurs don't be surprised.  Your school personnel and/ or district may not be aware of it.  My local School Board (SB) attorney said that he had never participated in a 1st Amendment Workshop with CEUs for Teachers or other school personnel; and, that he had never heard of such a program.  If an infraction occurs, you might get a delightfully quick remedy if you can show your own copy of this law with an emphasis on the Official FL DOE reference link above.  
      If you are not concerned about government schools proselytizing your child(ren) or tempting them with unnatural or  immoral, age inappropriate activities search on public school Parents' bill of rights for your state to find out what other rights you have.  
       If producing the Model Policy is ineffective or/and you are dismissed by a statement such as "You are the only parent that is  concerned about this", you can design a Survey /Poll Form to sign up the other classroom parents and or the whole grade.  A good practice is to go up through the "chain of command" until you reach a solution.  The chain of command might be similar to:  Teacher, V.Principal, Principal, Area Supervisor, SB Superintendent, your SB representative or speak at a School Board (SB) meeting.  If the infraction is egregious and all else fails, call one of the Liberty Defenders to see if you have a Supreme Court case.
