Here are five back-to-school prayers you can pray for your children or grandchildren:

1. Pray that they will know and walk in Truth this school year, no matter the falsehoods and deceptions the culture tries to sell.
2. Pray that they will obey God's Word, no matter what temptations they face.
3. Pray that they will be filled with righteousness and discernment that comes through Jesus Christ, making Him evident in their lives to their teachers, friends, and team members.
4. Pray that God will bring positive relationships and influences into their lives and guard their hearts and minds by His grace.
5. Pray for spiritual and physical safety as they walk through every circumstance and challenge of the year ahead.
