Howdy Folks;
     This month's eNewsletter is also this year's "Parents' State of Education Message" (PSOE 2006) (file) which makes it somewhat more important than the usual monthly eNewletter.  It is primarily concerned about the Blaine Amendment text in the FL Constitution which the national, state and local judiciary uses to oppress religious expression in government schools; but, the 'message' also shows that it applies to the other Blaine Amendment text in the other 37 state constitutions.
