        For this month's Hisways USA, Inc. eNewsletter for children, parents and teachers in public schools, I would like to advertise some national programs of merit.  All of the programs of merit are responses to the seductive, proselytizing, occultic homosexual's "Day of Silence" scheduled for Wednesday, April 26th in public schools!
        Below is Gateways' FWD'd email: "Promoting a Better Definition of Tolerance".  Also on THE NEXT DAY, Thursday, April 27th is the Alliance Defense Fund's response called the "Day of Truth".  The Alliance  Defense Fund is a legal organization that will defend certain kinds of free speech and freedom of religion issues - free of charge!   Update 11/16/10  The Day to Truth has been renamed "The Day of Dialogue".          Parental Warning: Disney's Gay Days are scheduled for the end of school summer vacation: June 2-4, 2006, maybe they would like to see what financial abstinence looks like.
          Remember to pray for the homosexual children participating in the "Day of Silence" since research has shown that 85% of adult homosexuals were sexually abused as minors.
          Remember to pray for the Supreme Court's Age of Unreason, re:   • 2003, LAWRENCE v. TEXAS. In a landmark decision regarded by many as establishment of a constitutional right to "gay" sex, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Texas' ban on same-sex sodomy.   [Kennedy, Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, Breyer, and O'Connor, filed an opinion concurring in the Lawerence judgment.]

On April 26th, the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network (GLSEN) is planning a nationwide push to get students to join in the “Day of Silence.” Last year, organizers claim that 450,000 students joined in this propaganda campaign for the gay agenda.

Gay activists are encouraging students to disrupt their classes by refusing to speak when spoken to or when called upon by their teachers. They want to draw attention to, as they put it, “the gay student who suffers in silence.” After the “Day of Silence,” local organizers are now adding, “Breaking the Silence” and will have pro-gay speakers talk to students.

You can make a difference in the life of teachers who are unarmed to counter this in their schools. For example, last year, a teacher called Gateways’ office desperate for help. His school was going to promote the National Day of Silence.

“There are ten teachers who are very upset by this,” he explained. “But, we don’t know what to do. Can you help us?” We sent him the handout, “Promoting Tolerance.” He later wrote: “The article had an awesome response! Teachers raved over its description of tolerance and how students are to respond to differences while keeping their convictions.” It was just what they needed.

I am asking you to join with me in helping teachers and students with a better way to understand tolerance. We have created a handout for students called “Promoting Tolerance.” It helps them understand a biblical definition of tolerance that encourages them to respect and keep their family’s moral values. You can give the complete handout to your children, your church’s youth group, and teachers at school.

Here’s an excerpt: Too many people think they are being tolerant when they’re actually only expressing indifference (‘whatever’), or apathy (‘who cares?’), or even recklessness (‘why not?’). Improperly understood, ‘tolerance’ can lead to disarming you of your proper convictions. We shouldn’t be people who lack strongly held beliefs and accept any idea or behavior we encounter. We can create better schools if we think less about tolerance, and focus more on being people who express kindness, patience, courtesy, humility, and self-control to everyone around us even while holding firmly to our beliefs.
