Re: Trinitarian Christian Bible and Prayer Inquiry    [Letter No. 1 of 10.]

Dear

Honorable Congressman Senator Bill Nelson:

         The failing condition of our schools and culture, due to the confusion of rules, laws and precedents, has caused me great concern.  I believe that it is due to a prejudice of the Supreme Court against the USA's default religion (Christianity) resulting in the establishment of the Secular Religion.  This state religion has free, dogmatic reign in government education without defense or recourse by the parents, family or state.  I think this is the most important covert threat to our country and children.  And further I believe that our public school children need to know about the USA's default religion to be good citizens and preserve our form of government.  I pray you won't think ill of me for suggesting this amateurish attempt for remedy; but we, parents and grandparents, really are hurting for our children.

        As a remedy I believe that a Constitutional
Trinitarian Christian Bible and Prayer Amendment. is absolutely necessary to return voluntary, devotional Bible Study and Prayer to our local public schools.  The sample amendment text below includes both an Opt-In Form, and an Opt-Out Form for irreligious minorities or other religious beliefs.  If necessary, maybe additional provisions could be included for protection of the States and/or the Christian denominations.

        Since Congress, by inactivity, has allowed the Supreme Court to establish this Secular Religion in our public schools, and, has not remedied it's mistake during these last several decades, this letter will be the first of 10 annual inquiries about the progress of the amendment; hopefully it won't take 10 graduating classes to get relief.  I would like to ask you to make this your first priority and sponsor the Trinitarian Christian Bible and Prayer Amendment.  Please send me a written response to this question (1.) for a possible remedy and the other 2 questions.   To prove these statements here is some background information:  Hisways.org/about/Scope-PLAVNIC.html .  Here is the Sample Summary Text using Senate Bill < Busted Link: www.thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/..."S.2082">S.2082 as a template which, in my opinion, isn't sufficient to address my concerns.

Constitutional Amendment - Trinitarian Christian Bible and Prayer Amendment

"Amends the Federal Constitution to prohibit the U.S. Supreme Court and the Federal district courts from exercising jurisdiction over any matter in which relief is sought against an element of Federal, State, or local government" , schools "or officer of such government" who acknowledges America's default religion i.e. Trinitarian Christianity or who uses or studies the Trinitarian Christian Bible and Christian Prayer in government schools.  Government schools shall require a signed Parental Opt-In Form and a signed survey/questionnaire to determine the textbook and the basic doctrines of theology, void of denominational distinctives, suitable for their child's age; and, a Parental Opt-Out Form for irreligious minorities.

Prohibits any "court of the United States from relying upon any law, policy, or other action of a foreign state or international organization in interpreting and applying the Constitution, other than the constitutional law and English common law."

"Provides that any Federal court decision relating to an issue removed from Federal jurisdiction by this Act is not binding precedent on State courts."

"Provides that any Supreme Court justice or Federal court judge who exceeds the jurisdictional limitations of this Act shall be deemed to have committed an offense for which the justice or judge may be removed, and to have violated the standard of good behavior required of Article III judges by the Constitution."

Question #2.  Would this be appropriate?  "Provides that a grand jury of citizens be convened to evaluate the offense(s) of the justice or judge and, if guilty, recommend penalties."

     Question #3:  Would the proposed Amendment also restore the original intent of the "separation of church and state" metaphor as used by Thomas Jefferson?
     "
The original intent of the "separation of church and state" metaphor as used by Thomas Jefferson was understood to mean:
     -
That state-tyranny is walled off from my Trinitarian Christian beliefs, i.e. The USA's default religion;
     - That state-tyranny is walled off from my Trinitarian thoughts and speech;
     - That state-tyranny is walled off from my Trinitarian purposes and deeds;
     - That state-tyranny is walled off from my Trinitarian paths as a student, parent, teacher, soldier, citizen, preacher or any other employments;
     - And that Jefferson's metaphor includes the 1st Amendment principle: 'nor prohibit the free exercise thereof'; so
     - That, before my foot strikes a path, the `Separation` wall is immediately erected parallel to my path on one side; and
     - That, immediately the other parallel wall of "free expression thereof" is erected on the other side of my path; so
     - That, state-tyranny is COMPLETELY WALLED OFF from my Trinitarian Christian Path on or off state property!
     - Therefore, original intent requires the DUAL WALLS of separation of church and state."  - Hisways.org/about/Separation-Church-State-Tunnel.html

Richard E. Klenk, Sr.
