2017. The Parents' "State of Education" Message.

The Baldwin County Board of Education made high school teacher Gene Ponder remove his 2017-2018 Summer Reading List of 31 titles for political reasons; so, we thought the list was excellent and wanted to preserve it here.

Hisways has contacted our FL Legislature Representatives, see our /Blog_FFPS_Educator CEUs/ and Blog_FL_Religious_Expression/ regarding the Faith, Freedom & Public Schools Workshop to see if Continuing Education Units (CEUs) could be awarded to school personnel who take the workshop from Gateway www.gtbe.orgor an equivalent 1st Amendment seminar.

We are hoping and praying that Common Core is totally repealed and that the unconstitutional Federal Dept. of Education is repealed.

    Hisways approached the Pinellas County School Board and introduced them to the Faith, Freedom & Public Schools Educator Workshopby Gateways To Better Education. The program was published in our Nov. eNewsLetter and we took it to the School Board on 11/17/15 . The State of Education message will be a mini-blog of the progress from that meeting.
