Statement of Objectives For HISways^™ PLAVNIC Christian Public School Petition And Resolution.

WHEREAS: Federal and state legislation require the benefit of a free government education; and, under The 1^st Amendment's freedom of religion clause shall not be devoid of the USA's default religion. And,
WHEREAS: The 1^st Amendment states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." also implies that The Supreme Court shall not make decisions that establish.^{1W (Estab)} a covert state religion (i.e. secularism ^{1D & 2D.}.). And,
WHEREAS: The Supreme Court shall not make cumulative decisions that: prohibit "the free exercise" of the USA's default religion in public education, or that prohibit "freedom of assembly" of the USA's default religion in public education, or that prohibit "equal access" of the USA's default religion in public education. And,
WHEREAS: The Supreme Court has, in fact, established, maintained and intensified their covert Secular Religious ^2W.(who
is) beliefs through multiple, unconstitutional, cumulative and interlocking decisions which intentionally indoctrinate false religious principles, specifically their: doctrine of denial, "viewpoint discrimination"; and, overt, hostility against all of the USA's default religions': students, parents, teachers, literature, principles, symbols; and, any meaningful religious reform in public education. And,
WHEREAS: The Supreme Court has specifically burdened the 'In Loco Parentis' ^3D..public school as it's covert, persecutory ^7D., Secular Religious , enforcement and proselytizing ^3W
(Prosel)^. agent. And,
WHEREAS:The parents of the default religion of the USA with certain unalienable rights, reject by conscientious objection, the false, illegal ^4W
(Disest) and covert Secular Religion and all of its proselytizing doctrine, mental bondage and intellectual slavery in public education.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: To establish a "HISways™ Privately Licensed, AllVolunteer, Non denominational, Independent, Christian Charter Public School."; hereinafter designated as: HISways™ PLAVNIC CPS.
