This page is ( NOTEs: FLYER: Parental Non-Consent Form for Protecting Children ) and lists some suggestions for developing your Plan or modifying your Plan to accomplish your goals of submitting your Form to the school and adding to your child's school file.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTs. [NEW] Parent's Bill of Rights laws. [Up Date Link: 2023/05/02(d)] Federal and State: Learn about your New rights for you and your kids before school starts. Ask your state representative for a copy of it or link to the law. Determine your contingencies if there is a failure of your rights at school.

1. If your initial Parental Non-Consent Form is rebuffed by these authorities i.e. teacher, counselor, VPrincipal, Principal don't be surprised. They may not be aware of the harm to your child's well being: morally, mentally, emotionally, physically and/or spiritually; nor, to your parental liberties and responsibilities. Just explain to them that their signature only shows that the school `received` your form.

Develop a follow up Plan:
1. Part of your Plan might be to add "everything Transgender" to the Non-Consent Form. Double check with the author of the Form, Mat Staver Esq. at Liberty Counsel .
2. Part of your Plan might be to ask more parents to join with you by distributing or emailing copies of the FLYER to them. With a group of classroom parents, the school and/or higher authorities might be more willing to accommodate a group of students rather than just one single student.
3. Part of your Plan might be to take it to higher authorities like: Area Supervisor, School Board (SB) Superintendent, your SB representative or speak at a SB meeting.
4. If your Plan is to take the Parental Non-Consent Form to your local School Board (SB). You could use this template or a similar Survey /Poll Form Template to sign up the community of local citizens, voters and taxpayers that are opposed to their schools grooming students in sexual abuse.
5. Part of your Plan might be to ask your pastor, youth pastor, children's director or deacon to help you implement the Plan.
6. Part of your Plan might be to contact your state representative(s) /legislature and suggest that the Parental Non-Consent Form should be a state law after Indiana's model. You might offer to send them copies of the signatures from your Survey /Poll Form Template if it would help them reflect on their moral &/or political consequences of their office.

Printing the FLYER:_-
1. The "Contact Me" space at the bottom of the FLYER is for your info. to help gather like minded parents to form a group of parents and a group of children for their protection. It is also intended to show that the FLYER is current and personal.
2. Print the single page FLYER PDF because the format is fixed i.e single page. Links to this HTML page of Hints: & NOTEs: etc. are easily obtained from the Form.
3. Write your contact info in the block. Take it to your printer, scan it and make multiple copies. Or,
4. Use a document writer program like MSWord or Notepad and type your "Contact Info." on a page. Then make the document's Top Margin say 9 inches +/-; so that when you print it, your info will land inside the dotted box on The FLYER. Take that to your printer, scan it and make multiple copies. Or, your local printer could download the FLYER, add your contact info. and print copies.

This FLYER with NOTEs is just one of many documents & letters for parents (see "More howto/letters") to use to protect their children from a number of public school failures, abuses of responsibility and/or inappropriate curricula.
