This year's "Public School Spirit" focuses on 3 concurrent
activities in the month of September.
- 1.
The
first "Spiritual activity" is encouragement for your kids to take their Bibles to

for every day of the week. On Wednesday of that week is See
You at the Pole which is a different organization where the
students pray around the school's flag pole. (See number 2) etc. ....

second "Spiritual activity" is encouragement for:
Meeting
with your children or taking them to the "See
You At The Pole"on Wed. Sept. 24th 2008. While at the pole
network with other parents' (+grand) & teachers to pray with

- [Update;
9/22/08; A Local youth pastor used the Sunday night service just prior
to the Wed. SYATP event to pray for the students, parents, teachers,
and
staff of all of the local schools. He emailed other youth
pastors
and their youth/children in the area to participate in the
service. He taped up single sheet signs with each schools
name on
them to the church walls; and had the students, parents, youth pastors
and alumni to meet at their school sign to pray for each other, the
school and the SYATP event. This was a very nice
service to emphasize prayer, Christian brotherhood and SYATP attendance at each
school.]

Requests: Phil 4:6,

Please pray for the removal of the spiritual strongholds over our
public school children, parents and teachers in our government
education system, for the children's sake.
