The First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Nullify Establishment Tyranny 1:
Abstract:  In order to prevent courts from "establishing religion" by declaring a person's, corporation's or group's demonstration of faith or tradition, it is necessary to define what does and does not constitute establishment in this state.   The purpose of this act is to restore the liberties that the courts have encumbered by the improper use of the clause "establishment of religion"
In the State of Florida, under the 1st and 10th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States, the clause "establishment of religion" shall be interpreted to mean a (state or federal) law (specifically) identifying a named, incorporated and state registered religious sect or denomination that is 100% government (state)supported; and further, establishment shall not include either traditional or incidental public acknowledgment of (religious:) the following: literature, monuments, symbols, events, rituals, contracts, nor business services of, for or by non established sects, denominations or groups nor miscellaneous funding, grants or other acts of faith(religion) (on or off government property).
.SECTION 3."Religious freedom		 Nullify Establishment Tyranny 2:
Abstract:  or Preamble:   
  • Whereas, The United States of America has a default culture based in part on a default religion of which there are many sects and denominations none of which are currently established by Congress or state law.  
  • Further, to prevent courts from arbitrarily creating an "establishment of religion" by declaring any exercise of America's default faith or any sect's traditional demonstration as an establishment of religion, it is necessary to define the requirements for an "establishment of religion"  in this state.  
Under the 1st and 10th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States and Florida Constitution Article 1. SECTION 3."Religious freedom"  , the clause "establishment of religion" shall be interpreted to mean a (state or federal) law (that specifically) identifies a named, legally incorporated and state registered religious sect or denomination that is directly government (state)supported.  The establishment of religion shall not include general free expressions of religion byreligious groups, sects or denominations or other traditional or incidental public acknowledgment of (religious:): holidays, literature, monuments, symbols, events, rituals, music, prayer, contracts, nor business services of, for or by non established sects, denominations or groups nor miscellaneous funding or grants for performing acts of  charity, ministry, (religion) (on or off government property).faith

General Assembly of Virginia, do enact that no man shall be compelled to frequent or support any Secular (R)eligious school, Worship, place, or Ministry whatsoever, nor shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burdened. burthened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer, on account of his religious opinions or belief; but that all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinions in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities."  From A BILL FOR DISESTABLISHING THE SECULAR RELIGION

SECTION 2: PROHIBITION ON PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES WHICH AID FEDERAL DETENTION WITHOUT DUE PROCESS

A.
