Program	Amount	Description

RELEASED TIME BIBLE STUDY (RTBS) ( Goal 4: off-campus elective instruction in religion, morals & ethics but leaves the issues of baptism and communion up to the student's church and their own tradition.) ~ To reach all the children in the 82 elementary, 23 middle, 16 high schools and up to 16 other schools without discrimination, we need a coordinated county wide effort to bring the classes to all of the schools. ~ The *RTBS*Program is designed to teach religious principles and the Bible to; encourage expression of faith; consider spiritual matters; encourage and support the parents` moral education; model the churches emphasis on Christ and God's Wisdom principles for living. (2 Peter 1:3-8)	$6,050,000 Equivalent First Cost	Estimated first cost to purchase a building and lot near each public school site so that students can walk safely to & from the RTBible Classes ($50k / site)
	$750,000 / yr. Certified Teacher Salary	Provides for a State certified teacher for either six-week classes or nine-week classes for public school students. ( $6,000 /site; 5,000 kids/yr.) ($1,500 ave. /mo /class x 2 mo x 2 classes /yr.)
	$500,000 Curriculum	Curriculum Scholarships: provides six-week or nine-week curriculum, to public school students, using the Bible as the Holy Ghost inspired Word of The Living God for learning concepts of wisdom, morals and ethics like loving your neighbor resulting in school wide classroom safety and stability. ($100 / student)
	$250,000 Newsletters	Provides for the publication and distribution of 106,000 quarterly *RTBS Newsletter, targeted to educators, parents and students, which serve as the primary information channel for national, regional and local news related to RTBS*classes including starting times, dates & locations of classes etc..
	$30,213 /mo. Operating Expenses.	Supports and supplies all the utilities, up keep and maintenance on the sites near all of the school campuses. ($250 / mo./site )
	Newsletter, Directory & Hotline Services are distributed across all programs. All expenses based on estimates for fully functioning program at each site.

ELECTIVE HISTORY OR LITERATURE CLASSES, ON-CAMPUS ( Goal 3: On-campus elective History or Literature classes using the "Best Selling" book of all time, the Bible, as a resource. In History it's used for its multiple quantity of historical facts and events. In Literature it's used as a textbook to illustrate and demonstrate the great wealth and wonderful variety of literary form and style.) BIBLE CLUBS ( Goal 2: Supporting equal access, on-campus Bible Clubs.)
	$15,000	Supports multiple media advertising for the public high school classes for the purpose of informing the public about the program and its benefits to the high school students and the school.
	$5,500 Directory	Produces the annual On/Off Campus Programs School Directory comprised of all the currently active programs in each school to include contacts for personalized, site specific volunteer recruitment, and referral organizations.
	$1,500 Goal 2 & 3 Hotline	Covers the estimated monthly cost of maintaining the On-Campus Classes & Clubs goals. The Hotline individually answers questions and locates volunteer opportunities throughout the county and through out the year.
	Newsletters	Provides for the publication and distribution of 106,000 quarterly newsletters to inform the public about the scheduling of the elective classes which carry credits toward graduation and to promote cooperation with school administrators and report the estimated progress toward the goals that are projected for the next school year.
	Newsletter, Directory & Hotline Services are distributed across all programs. All expenses based on estimates for fully functioning program or as noted.

PRAYER GROUPS ( Goal 1: Prayer Partners: Supporting singular or co- operating prayer groups for inspiration and encourage- ment for: Students, Parents, Staff & Teacher Encouragement Teams: Holiday Cards Program i.e. ("Teacher-Reacher" packets.)

	$2,000	Promotion and coordination of the various School Prayer projects available to students, parents and school staff.
	$14,000	A five year program to send the "The Holiday Cards Packet", which includes 3 special Holiday cards, to all of the teachers and administrators. (20% per year. approx. ) ( 1,000 / yr. at $14.00 per packet.)
	Newsletter, Directory & Hotline Services are distributed across all programs. All expenses based on estimates for fully functioning program or as noted.

COOPERATION with CHURCHES AND MINISTRIES For socially responsible faith based organizations interested in discipling the educational community, provides consulting and technical assistance services in the development and enhancement of ministry programs to Youth and Children that are aligned with strategic faith based interests and goals designed to enhance the effectiveness of the Bible and Wisdom principles in school.
	$5,000 Training	Future: To Be Announced Provides for the quarterly sponsorship of the faith based training curriculum offering workshops on key faith based management issues for faith based board members and nonprofit community leaders.
	$3,500 Guides	Future: To Be Announced Partially supports the research, publication and distribution of 400 copies of the "Guide to County Foundations" which assists faith based ministries in locating appropriate funding options.
	$2,000 Scholarships	Future: To Be Announced Provides seven full scholarships or 14 partial scholarships to the faith based organizations of your choice to attend the certificate course in faith based management, that supports faith based career advancement.

	$5,000 Skills Bank	Provides annual support for the Skills Registry Bank that fills an agency's temporary need for highly specialized volunteers. This program concurrently targets the recruitment of individuals with specialized skills who serve on an as-needed basis and coordinates the matching of these individuals with appropriate temporary faith based placements.
	$1,000 Website	Supports six months of website development and maintenance based on our current level of programs and volunteer opportunities all of which are being accessed 100's of times per day/week/month.

COOPERATION with CORPORATIONS For socially responsible companies interested in the educational community, provides consulting and technical assistance services in the development and enhancement of employee volunteer programs that are aligned with strategic educational interests and goals.
	$7,500 Family Matters	Future: To Be Announced with the Goal towards: Providing individualized spiritual assistance and support to your company in the enhancement of your employees family-friendly volunteer opportunities in faith based agencies with specific emphasis on family involvement.
	$1,500 Training	Future: To Be Announced with the Goal towards: Supporting the development and presentation of a seminar and collateral materials targeted to local faith based ministries to assist them with good practices for working with businesses and utilizing workplace volunteers to impove their operations.
