This is our 6th annual July eNewsLetter 2012.
We have some good news for Floridians. It turns
out
that in 2006 we published our annual "Parents'
State of Education
Message" (PSOE
2006) which
was about the history of the Blaine Amendments that circulated
through most of the state legislatures in 1876+. The
following is an excerpt from that message.
Although
the
Federal
Blaine Amendment never passed, The Supreme Court has
increasingly
overreached the application of the 37 individual states' Blaine
Amendments to prevent public funding of
all
parents' choice for
any
alternatives:
private or public! Whereas the Blaine Amendment was aimed at
prohibiting Catholic theology in the 'common schools', it has developed
into an attack on the USA's default
trinitarian.[ 1.]
religion. Where the overwhelming majority of our Founding
Fathers approved and expected public
schools
to teach (these
"Five Fundamental Points"
of the
USA's default Christian religion, specifically for ordering government
education, culture and policy.
1.
There
exists a Creator who made all
things, and mankind should recognize and worship him.
2. The
Creator has revealed a moral code of behavior for
happy living which distinguishes right from wrong.
3. The
Creator holds mankind responsible for the way they
treat each other.
4. All
mankind live beyond this life.
5. In
the next life mankind are judged for their conduct in
this one.
However, the Supreme Court has
mandated a proselytizing Secular Religious monopoly and
[]
a total theological
vacuum. []
For
the children's faith of the USA's default religion to survive the
assault of the public education monopoly, amending the Blaine Amendment
is a necessity. Don't
let the secular school quench your child's spirit.
The
failure of state education is not only the 3 R's; but, culturally,
i.e. religiously, it is failing to preserve those Christian principles
and values that teach responsibility, accountability, righteousness,
law and order and justice upon which our state and national,
Constitutional perpetuity rests. The fear of the Blaine
Amendment
proponents of an invading Catholic theological denominational coup
d'état never materialized; but, dissipation resulting from the
Supreme
Court's proselytizing Secular Religion is rampant,
destructive and threatening.
This PSOE
information was also sent out via eNewsLetter that year.
Subsequently we reported an update in July 2011 that the FL
legislature passed a law removing the Blaine language. It was
challenged in court but is now on the ballot for November
2012. We have this, "

slightly modified to comply with Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS).";
a FL Constitutional
Amendment reversing the ancient Blaine statute to be voted into the
Constitution. Hisways
cannot take any credit for this accomplishment other than writing about
the truth of it, suggesting legal language for remediation and sending
it to our email list of FL and US citizens.
Another
great obstacle to "Returning
the Bible and Wisdom principles to
our public school children under the 1st
Amendment."
is SCOTUS' myopic and erroneous
"Lemon
Test" for determining religious
distinctives of the 1st Amendment's "Establishment (of religion)
Clause". This link will tell you all
about the Lemon Test (

but the following link will demonstrate it's failure; and
that,
they should be considering a new 3 prong test, see:

walls of separation of church and state tyranny. Do you
suppose
Congress could make up a new test for them since there's is so stupid?
How absurd, messed up and unjust can SCOTUS distort
a
Constitutional clause until it gets fixed? How long does it
take for SCOTUS to get out of denial and
repent? Will
it ever get
fixed?
Another
great obstacle to
"Returning
the Bible and Wisdom principles to
our public school children under the 1st
Amendment." is
SCOTUS making the
antislavery 14th Amendment (1868),
"The Superior Amendment"
whereby they control all of the states and
reduce the protections of the Bill of Rights i.e. 10 Amendments to
second place under the federal government. The 14th
Amendment has been misapplied for 50 years and maybe a
truthful web page slide show will point out how SCOTUS
distorted it.
Please
pray for
: the passage of the FL Constitutional
Religious Freedom
Amendment, a new 3 prong test for religious establishment and reversal
of the overreaching interpretation of the 14th
Amendment.
This month is
special because at this time of year we still get to give thanks to
God for his many blessings on our nation and for giving us
such great Founding Fathers who established

Statement taken from
The Declaration of
Independence that describes our enduring domestic purpose:
'We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed,
by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.'
