This is our 7th annual July eNewsLetter 2013. We have some good news for
educationists.
A great
obstacle to "Returning
the Bible and Wisdom principles to our public school children under the
1st Amendment."
is SCOTUS' (Supreme Court Of The United States) myopic and
erroneous
"Lemon
Test" for determining religious distinctives of the 1st
Amendment's "Establishment (of religion) Clause". This link

from the pro-separatists view point. The following
link will demonstrate it's failure; and that they should be
considering a new
3 prong test, see:
"DUAL,
EQUAL AND PARALLEL" (DEP) walls of separation of
church
and state-tyranny. Do you suppose Congress could make up a
new test for them since their test is so lacking and biased?
How
unjust, absurd,
and messed up can SCOTUS distort a Constitutional
clause until it gets fixed? How long does it take for SCOTUS
to get out of denial and repent? When will we see
DEP walls?
Another
great obstacle to

is SCOTUS making the antislavery
enforcement amendment i.e. the 14th Amendment
(1868),
"The Superior Amendment" whereby they
control all of the states' rights and reduce the protections of the
Bill of Rights i.e. 10 Amendments to second place status under the
federal government! The 14th Amendment has been
misapplied for 50 years and maybe a truthful web page will
point out how SCOTUS distorted it. And now that the
14th Amendment has done it's duty, maybe it's time to restore the
states' rights.
Another

is the secularist's denial of culture and denial of
terrorism. This lecture

very qualified speakers on 01/31/13 explains some important
aspects of "culture". Even though the
speakers do not
dwell on Christianity, the lecture easily demonstrates the need for
Bible Classes
in
public schools in America and Europe! Conversely, the
secularists who
cannot identify terrorism and cannot even use the word are in denial.
They have no policy or idea on how to counteract an
antithetical religion.
Their only plan is to deny it until they have to kneel down
in front of it. The best definition I have found that
describes American culture is by Dr. Michael Savage who said it
consists of the "English language, boarders and religion".
And of course USA's religion and basis for morality is the
Judeo-Christian ethic i.e. The True Religion. Once
again we can point to SCOTUS for creating a public school devoid of the
Bible and it's ethic and traded the strong 3rd leg of our culture with
a non-ethical secularism which is impotent against Islam.
One
of my
favorite post scripts is: "We
cannot legislate salvation but we must legislate morality,
especially in
education." This sums up my religiously conservative view
that American public school children need to know where our rights and
liberties come from for the sake of morality and culture.
Whether
the children actually become "saved" or "born again" is not and
should not be a government concern but the students' moral
ethic is essential for the nation's culture and preservation of the
Constitution.
This month is special
because at this time of year we still get to give thanks to God for his
many blessings on our nation and for giving us such great
Founding Fathers who established
'We, The
People's' Mission Statement
taken from
The Declaration of Independence that
describes our enduring domestic purpose:
'We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by
their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.'
