2013 Annual September `Student Spirit Projects in Schools` eNewsLetter.

Howdy Folks,
        Here is The 13^th Annual September 'Student Spirit Projects in Schools' eNewsLetter for "Returning the Bible & Wisdom principles to our public school children ..." I wanted to squeeze this in now before the events below expired and because it is that time of year when we hope that our children will be taught some substantial truth(s) in this school year. It is also that time of the year when as parents, teachers and grandparents we can influence the spiritual nature of our local schools. Let's take the opportunity to influence them with the Holy Spirit.
        In my opinion the loss of students' freedoms because of the 1947 & 1963 Supreme Court decisions is the chief reason for the failure of American public education.
        Do today's government schools meet the communities ideal? No, and why not?  Because they have omitted the central, substantial Truth that: "The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the single act in history that separates Christianity from every other religion, every other philosophy, and every other belief system."         By the way no one is proposing legislating salvation since God doesn't bow to man's law; but we must legislate His morality otherwise anarchy rules.

This year's "Public School Spirit" focuses on the 3 main concurrent activities in the month of September.

1. The first "Spiritual activity" is encouragement for your kids to take their Bibles to school: Scriptures In Schools Week , http://www.bringyourbible.com/ , " September 22-27, 2013 , Return the Bible to America's Public Schools & Restore Biblical Literacy to America's Children ** Millions of Christian American Students, Teachers, & School Staff Should BRING YOUR BIBLES TO SCHOOL **" They have a calendar of activities for every day of the week.

2. The second "Spiritual activity" is encouragement for meeting with your children or taking them to the: "See You At The Pole" on Wed. Sept. 25th 2013. While you are at the pole, network with other parents (+grands) & teachers to pray with one another. Must see Video Promo on the https://syatp.com/ web site.

[Local Event News;] On Thursday the week before, a local Youth Pastor is meeting with other Youth Pastors regarding "See You At The Pole"event. On Sunday night, 3 days before the event, the Local Youth Pastor is hosting a "SYATP Rally". He has contacted and invited other youth pastors in his area to participate. He is using the Sunday night service just prior to the Wednesday SYATP Event to pray for the students, parents, teachers, and administrators of all of the local schools. During the service, in the sanctuary, signs will be posted identifying each school to be prayed for. The students, parents, youth pastors, school alumni and prayer warriors will meet at their school sign to pray for the school, the SYATP event and each other. Last years Rally was a very nice service that emphasized prayer, Christian brotherhood, the SYATP commitment, attendance and unity at each school.

3. A very effective and unique outreach: "The Truth For Youth" "will be given to all teenagers who commit to give The Bibles to their unsaved friends in school. Limit: One Bible per teenager in each home. 4. As a result of prayer, there is a new, local opportunity for parents, teachers, churches and volunteers to influence their immediate community. Start a Good News Club in your neighborhood school.
