USA, Inc. NIV Psa 25:8, Good and upright is the LORD; therefore he instructs sinners in His Ways. ('His Ways' caps added for emphasis. ed.) Returning the Bible and Wisdom principles to our public school children under the 1st Amendment. [Our motto and our prayer.] |

1. The Bible and Americans. WE OWN IT (94%) , WE BELIEVE IT (as Holy 86%) , WE READ IT... SORT OF ("Once to Several Times per year: 26%", All other times per year (day, week, month) 38%, "Less Than Once a Year/Never: 36%)" , WE HUNGER FOR MORE OF IT (When asked, "Do you think it's time for Americans to go back to reading Bibles? 88% said "Yes.") , WE WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT IT (when asked, "How much more do you want our children to learn about the Bible and how it came into being?" 61% said "very much" while 34% said "some" - "a combined total of 95%!")These principles are not in the public school curriculum: Proverbs 4 (HCSB) - A Father’s Example - Wisdom is supreme - Bible Gateway v 7.) Wisdom is supreme - so get wisdom. And whatever else you get, get understanding. 8.) Cherish her, and she will exalt you; if you embrace her, she will honor you. WISDOM CAN BE LEARNED!
So why isn't an elective Bible class taught in public schools?
2. The Bible in History. TRANSLATIONS, TYNDALE'S , GENEVA , KING JAMES BIBLE, INDIAN BIBLES, BIBLE SOCIETIES, THE MODERN AMERICAN TRANSLATIONS,
So why isn't a Bible of renown history selected for an elective Bible class taught in public schools?
3. The Bible in Science. SCOPES REVISITED (pg. 64), "Gallup asked two questions" ... "By analyzing how people answered both of these questions, Gallup calculated that 30% would be upset if only evolution were taught. Far fewer (18%) would be upset if creationism were taught but not evolution. Significantly, only 4% of Americans would be upset if both evolution and creation were taught." Do you believe Noah's global flood? Yes: 89.9%. Do you believe science and religion are incompatible? No: 70%
So how do we get evolution and creation taught in public schools? [Update: 2023/05/02. The Theories of the Big Bang and Evolution have become severely irrational. Look at the evidence: The Bible as Inerrant, Infallible, Absolutely True.]
4. The Bible in Education. "... the Bible was once a part of regular life. A survey of state universities conducted by James Angell (President of the University of Vermont and the University of Michigan) found that in 1890, 90% of the schools held their own chapel services (50% of which were mandatory). In addition, Angell's survey revealed that 25% of the schools required church attendance." Green cites Benjamin Rush's "A Defense of the Use of the Bible in Schools" (See our reprint in pdf.) and The New England Primer as public school textbooks. He begins the Supreme Court's public education debacle with 1948 McCullem case; but, skips over 1947 Everson v. Board of Education which began SCOTUS' 14th Amendment and "Separation of Church and State" tyranny applied to our 50 states.
So how do we fix the SCOTUS tyranny and teach an elective Bible class in public schools?
5. The Bible in Society. THE BATTLE FOR THE BIBLE. .... in a poll of 1000, these 4 questions were asked:
- Do you believe the Bible still applies to today's problems ...? 93% polled said "Yes"
- Is America in more need of the Bible today than ever before? 91% polled said "Yes"
- Are you worried about the moral direction of this country? 87% polled said "Yes"
- Do you think it's time for Americans to go back to reading Bibles? 88% polled said "Yes"
So why isn't an elective Bible class taught in all public schools for the kids sake?

So why aren't these Bible resources used in an elective Bible class taught in all public schools?
7. The APPENDIX Green's masterstroke includes "Religion and Civil Society, A Review of 766 Studies Demonstrating the Protective and Prosocial Effect of Religion on Physical and Mental Health" by Byron R. Johnson, Institute for Studies of Religion www.baylorisr.org. From this massive base of research Green writes:
- "Let's take a look at the role of religion as a factor that protects America from harmful outcomes." He then makes a strong statistical case where "religiosity" reduces: Hypertension, Mortality, Depression, Suicide, Promiscuous Sexual Behaviors, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and Delinquency and where "religiosity is now beginning to be acknowledged as a key protective factor, reducing the likelihood of a number of harmful outcomes." Public schools were hyper over 'outcomes' for decades right? So where are our healthy 'outcomes' from Bible classes?
- "Let's take a look at the role of religion as a factor that promotes prosocial behavior" His research finds 'higher levels of religious involvement are associated with increased levels of: well-being, hope, purpose, meaning in life and educational attainment' which 'demonstrates the protective and prosocial effect of religion on physical and mental health outcomes is remarkably positive.' Most or many Christian parents with kids in government schools claim it's to improve the child's social skills; horse manure it's Bible and 'religiosity' that provide 'remarkably positive' healthy prosocial behavior.
So why isn't an elective Bible class taught in all public schools for the kids sake?
It should be a crime to withhold these valuable, healthy, productive and constructive benefits from our public school kids - our future leaders of America.
It should be another crime to withhold these valuable, healthy, productive and constructive benefits from our public school teachers' classes, our whole schools, our communities and the expections of our civil and tax payer stake holders.
