"Lemon Test" for determining religious distinctives
of the
1st Amendment's "Establishment (of religion) Clause".

failure; and that SCOTUS should be considering a new
3 prong

could make up a new test for SCOTUS since their test is so lacking
and biased? How unjust, absurd, and compromised can SCOTUS

does it take for SCOTUS to get out of denial and repent? When
will we see that they are shredding their own son's and
daughter's rights? When will we see

is SCOTUS
making the antislavery enforcement amendment i.e. the
14th Amendment (1868),
"The Superior
Amendment"
whereby they control all of the states' rights and reduce the
protections of the Bill of Rights (i.e. The Peoples 10 Amendments)
to second place status under the federal government! The 14th
Amendment has been misapplied for 50 years and maybe a
truthful web page will point out how SCOTUS distorted
it.
And now that the 14th Amendment has done it's skewed duty,
maybe it's time to restore the states' rights. See this:

This month is special
because at this
time of year we still get to give thanks to God for his many
blessings on our nation and for giving us such great Founding
Fathers who established
'We, The People's'
Mission Statement taken from
The
Declaration of
Independence that describes our enduring domestic purpose:
'We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that
all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator,
with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life,
Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.'
And
regardingThe
Constitution:
Daniel Webster stated in 1802: "Miracles
do not
cluster, and what has HAPPENED ONCE IN 6,000 YEARS, may not happen
again. Hold on to the Constitution, for if the American
Constitution should fail, there will be anarchy throughout the
world."
One
of these days SCOTUS
will agree with the rest of the world
that
all men are
created equal at conception.

promise which is
just as valid today as before:

called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my
face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from
heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
